Yashwardhan is a committed and passionate person in regards to disability support work. Having worked in diverse fields, he brings a lot to the table in regards to fulfill the requirements of the clients. For him, the client’s needs always come first and builds a strong and ethical relationship to deliver them.

Yashwardhan always had a passion for community services and believes in the ‘Dignity of Risks’.

A leader and motivator to his staff always encouraging them to give their best performance. Having a strong and mindful team is his goal to excel in providing support services. He strongly believes in the principles of “Duty of Care”.

Yashwardhan is enthusiastic about thinking outside the box for clients and choose the best quality support they deserve.

Raj Kumar

( Team Leader / Disability Support Worker )

Raj is a highly skilled, experienced, and dedicated support worker. He has been in the industry for almost 2 years. He has extensive experience working with clients having Autism, ADHD, Aquired Brain Injury, Dementia and Physical Disabilities.

He is currently our team leader, working effectively in managing all our clients and support workers. He is also pursuing his Diploma in Metal Health to further advance his skills.

We are proud to have Raj in our team. We love his enthusiasm, attention to detail, and commitment towards his job.
